What is the difference between the Pro and the Spa range?
Our Pro ice bath is ideal for gated wellness areas or smaller boutique gyms, comfortably handling up to 75 users per day. In contrast, the Spa ice bath—our most powerful model globally—can support up to 400 users daily with minimal staff maintenance. Larger gyms often underestimate demand, so if you plan to place your ice bath in communal spaces like changing rooms, we recommend choosing a Spa-grade model.
What are the space requirements for the Pro?
You need at least 90cm clearance behind the vent, this allows for good amounts of airflow as well as maintenance access.

Whats the maintenance like on the Pro?
If you expect fewer than 75 users per day, the Pro requires relatively light maintenance, though regular checks are still necessary:
- Daily: Test water quality, remove debris, and clean/replace the particle filter as needed.
- Every other day: Clean and replace the particle filter, depending on usage and hygiene. Users must shower before entry.
- Weekly: Check and balance water; replace as needed.
- Monthly: Certified lab biological testing, system flush, and drain.
- Quarterly: Deep clean.
- Every 6 months: Replace UV light bulb.
- Annually: Recalibrate chemical sensor.
For even lighter maintenance, we recommend our Spa range.
We also offer a shower system for minimal-maintenance needs, delivering ice-cold water instantly at the touch of a button.
