Eligibility to Enter

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and residents of Great Britain. Brass Monkey Health Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

The prize draw will open on Tuesday 16th July 2024, and close on Wednesday 24th July 2024 at 5pm GMT.

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
Entries are limited to one entry per person. The prize draw is free to enter. You can enter the prize draw through the Brass Monkey Instagram page.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children (U18)) to Deer Shed Festival this year running from the 26th - 29th July 2024. The winner will be contacted from our Instagram profile only via direct message to collect your name and address to organise delivery. We will never ask for any payment information or share links for you to follow. The winner can only redeem against one family ticket, RRP £189.00 which is not exchangeable for any other product or cash equivalent.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. The ticket does not include parking or live in vehicle tickets - these need to be purchased via the online ticketing page https://www.deershedfestival.com/tickets

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Brass Monkey Health Ltd's decision on any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random using an impartial random generation software and notified via DMs and/or comment on entry on Wednesday 24th July 2024. Brass Monkey Health Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via DMs and/or comment.
If the winner does not respond to the DMs and/or comment informing them of their win within 48 hours of the second DM, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Brass Monkey Health Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

We will send the prize within 7 days of the winner sharing their address information.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Brass Monkey Health Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing oneall@brassmonkey.co.uk.
If requested by Brass Monkey Health Ltd, the winner agrees to release their first name to any other competition participants.
The winner's first name may be announced on Brass Monkey Health Ltd's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Brass Monkey Health Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General

Brass Monkey Health Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions.
