Gyms and health clubs.
Peak-time throughput, member retention, and kit that survives both.

Commercial ice baths and cold plunges for gyms, spas, hotels and pro sport. From a boutique floor to four hundred users a day: three ways to buy, and a UK team behind every one.

A domestic tub in a commercial room is a countdown. Commercial cold is a different job. The water gets run hard, all day, by people who did not read the manual. It has to hold temperature at peak, keep its water right without a chemist on staff, and still be working in year three.
That takes commercial plant: real cooling, real filtration, automated dosing, and HALO, our monitoring platform, tracking performance around the clock. It also takes what sits around the plant: our own engineers, who install it and come back to it, operator training, servicing under ProCare, and the governance we call The Cold Standard.
Every route on this page gets all of that. The only question is which option fits your building, your throughput and your budget.
The most ambitious version of this is an installation. The plant lives in a plant room, the plunge is built into the scheme, and the whole thing is drawn by your architect and our engineers together: a thermal suite, a sunken plunge, several units working as one experience. It's how the venues at the top of the category do it, and the results are the rooms people photograph.
Be clear-eyed about what it is: a project. Six figures and up, measured in months, with design coordination on both sides and a project manager signing off performance at the end. Worth every part of that when the room demands it.

Here's the part most people miss: freestanding works because of ProCare. A unit is specified, ordered, delivered and commissioned. No design programme. No months. No building or facilities work. It goes live in weeks, and if the room changes use in three years, it moves with you. Typically a five-figure decision, opening this season.
Not better than an install. A more direct line to the same water, whenever the space is already fit to take it.
Take it as the package and it arrives ready to run, not as an appliance: installed and commissioned by our engineers, your team trained, chemicals and testing kit in hand, and ProCare servicing on a set cadence keeping it running while HALO tracks performance behind the scenes. That combination is why the freestanding route is not the compromise. For most venues it's the right call, and it's the one we'd point you at.

Boutique and independent gyms, studios, therapy suites: up to seventy-five users a day, chilled to 3°C or down to 0°C. Run more than one and you get more access points and more temperature ranges than a single body of water can give. The best-selling ice bath we make.

The big clubs, chains and busy wet-side venues: up to four hundred users a day, four configurations. The same serious cooling and the same media filtration as an install, freestanding.
The cheapest way into commercial cold isn't a bath at all. The Pro Shower delivers real cold, 3°C on demand and up to sixty showers an hour, from the footprint of a cubicle you already have. It runs chemical-free, so it's also the cheapest to live with: no dosing, no wet-side routine, a filter change once a month, and one ProCare visit a year.
Not a compromise. A different way into the same cold, and for a 24/7 gym or a space-limited floor, often the smarter first move.

The route is one half of the decision. The other is what it looks like in a venue like yours, in your words, with your numbers. Recovery is why they join. Readiness is why they stay.
Peak-time throughput, member retention, and kit that survives both.
Guest experience, treatment revenue, and a wet side that stays compliant.
Squad recovery, protocol control, and governance that stands up to scrutiny.
Sauna and cold sold as an experience, built to run all day.
Workplace readiness, and a facility people actually use.
Amenity that helps sell units, specified early with your M&E team.
Install, freestanding or shower, the governance is identical: designed and hand-built in the UK, monitored on HALO, serviced under ProCare, and run to The Cold Standard. The science that decides what we claim, the infrastructure that holds the water at spec, and the governance that keeps both honest. That's what separates a commercial cold plunge from a cold water programme, and it ships with everything we make.
It depends on the system and how far it's built in: from a freestanding Pro unit to a custom install designed around your space. Every system is built to order in Britain, and business finance is available. The fastest route to a real number is a specification call: tell us your site, your throughput and your temperatures, and we'll quote the system that fits.
The Pro Chill handles up to seventy-five users a day at 3°C, and the Pro Ice up to fifty at 0°C. The Spa range handles up to four hundred a day from a single unit. The Pro Shower delivers up to sixty cold showers an hour. For more access points or more than one temperature, run more than one unit.
For most venues, freestanding with ProCare: live in weeks, no building work, and it moves with you if the room changes. An install makes sense when the cold is part of a new thermal suite or refurb, drawn by your architect and our engineers together.
More than most people expect, which is why governance matters. Water checks and testing several times a day, filter checks daily, and independent testing to meet local regulations. That day-to-day sits with your team, and we build the system to make it straightforward: HALO gives you live telemetry and performance monitoring, and ProCare adds scheduled servicing and deep cleaning. Around 95% of issues are resolved remotely.
From independent gyms to the biggest names in UK fitness and hospitality, kept running by a UK team that answers the phone.

Tell us the room, the throughput and the temperature you need to hold. We'll point you at the route that fits: freestanding, installed, or the Pro Shower.
