Infrastructure: the system around the ice bath
A bath is just a bath. A plunge is just cold water. Brass Monkey builds ice bath systems: engineered hardware, a connected intelligence platform, UK engineers and a supply chain around every ice bath we install. Because if the kit drifts, the cold isn't consistent, and if the cold isn't consistent, nobody's training. Reliability is the first precondition for readiness.
One standard. Four ranges.
Same control architecture, same HALO connection, same governance commitments. The choice between ranges is throughput, footprint and finish, never standard.
Every bath, watched over.
HALO is the connected platform on every Brass Monkey. It monitors performance automatically and raises push notifications when something needs attention, and every Brass Monkey owner gets web access to their HALO data, so you can see what we see. Behind that sits our care team: they can dial in, check multiple data points on any bath, adjust settings remotely, call you before an issue reaches your front desk, and line up an engineer on the rare occasion one's needed. Around 95% of issues are resolved remotely, through settings or advice. And where fleet insight leads to a software improvement, we push it to your bath: the system keeps getting better after you buy it.
HALO monitors, guides and diagnoses. Your team still runs the bath day-to-day: filters, water, chemistry. HALO tells them when and how.

Hardware is half the system.
Behind every install: a UK field engineering team for install, commissioning and on-site service; a supply chain for filters, chemicals and testing kit, six months supplied with every commercial install; and ProCare (commercial) or ColdCare (residential) for operators who want the service layer extended. HALO is the spine. The people are the layer nobody can copy.
