Cold water culture accessible to everybody.
The Pro Shower, 3-15°C on demand, up to sixty showers an hour, in the footprint of a shower cubicle or 1m square space that you probably already have.
A commercial cold shower, done properly.
For a 24/7 gym the maths is unforgiving: the cold has to work at peak, often unstaffed, without a wet-side team. The Pro Shower is built for exactly that. A 2HP chiller holds any setpoint from 15°C down to 3°C and delivers up to sixty cold showers an hour, each one a dosed sixty seconds at the push of a button.
Behind the scenes it's the same core plant that cools and cleans our commercial ice baths, reconfigured for the shower: the water runs on a recirculation loop through cartridge filtration and UV. UV handles pathogen management, so there are no chemicals to manage. No dosing. No test strips. The lightest routine in commercial cold: someone on your team owns the filter, and we train them.
3–15°C · Up to 60 showers/hour · 305L WRAS Cat-5 break tank · Cartridge filtration + UV, chemical-free · UKCA certified · WRAS compliant · Hand-built in the UKOne shower, or a pair.

The Pro Shower.
A wall panel in the room delivering 3°C-15°C; the plant that chills and cleans the water sits out of sight, up to ten metres away. One backlit button, one dosed cold shower, adjustable from 30 to 90 seconds. There are 23 colour panel options, each with the signature Journey design. Installed and commissioned by our engineers, or your own plumber.

The pair.
Add a second shower to the same system: splitting the service to two shower locations instead of just one, and doubling access. One set of plant, sited in an adjacent space, a plant room, or outside, feeds both. That's how you cover the men's and the women's changing rooms at once, or put cold behind a door and out on open access at the same time.
Everything that you need for a year.
This is a cold shock dose, at the push of a button. You're opening a cold culture in the busiest room in the building. Every Pro Shower arrives as the complete system, in one decision:
The panel and plant, finished from 23 panel colours to suit your room: chemical-free by design
Delivery, installation and commissioning: by our engineers with an assigned project manager, or by your own plumber if you'd rather
Commercial onboarding + Pool Plant training: your team confident from day one
A twelve-month supply of filters: the consumables in hand, nothing to order in year one
A one-year commercial warranty: extendable to three
HALO monitoring: we see drift before you do
A year of filters on the shelf, a filter change once a month, and one visit from us. That's the whole operating picture.
Once a year, an engineer drains and disinfects the system and leaves the next twelve months of filters. That's ProCare on a shower: annual is enough. ProCare
Installed and commissioned by our people, performance signed off before we leave. A one-year commercial warranty, extendable to three. HALO watching the plant from day one, a UK team that answers the phone, and around 95% of issues resolved remotely.
Installed 6 to 12 weeks from order.
The panel goes where a shower already goes.
This is the space-limited answer. The panel that holds the shower head and the control button is 400mm wide and sits flat to the wall of an existing cubicle or wet area; the plant is a compact cube in the plant room, connected by insulated pipework. Fresh water, waste, power and Wi-Fi arrive at the plant, not the shower. A WRAS Cat-5 break tank keeps the whole system mains-safe.
Part-sink it, fully sink it, clad it yourself or take ours. If having limited space was the reason you couldn't do cold, it just became the reason you can.

Brrring It On
The button is the point.
A cold culture needs somewhere visible to live. The shower puts it in the busiest room in the building: a backlit button, a dosed minute of real cold, and everyone walking past it on the way out. Some members walk past it every session. Until the day they don't. That's the theatre, and it comes with the fixture.
It isn't the tap turned down and it isn't a plumbing job. It's a dedicated cold fixture, finished in your colours, telling everyone who walks past that this building takes the cold seriously.
And because it's a shower, everyone already knows how to use it. No climbing in, no ice, no ceremony. The most familiar format there is, doing the least familiar thing.

A mains cold tap isn't a cold shower.
Anyone can turn a tap to cold. That isn't this. Mains water gives you whatever temperature the season decides, somewhere between tepid and bracing, and you can't programme it, brand it, or make anyone remember it.
The Pro Shower holds the setpoint you chose, as low as 3°C, every hour you're open. The same cold every time, in a fixture people point at and dare each other into. That's the theatre a tap can't give you, in the space you already have.
And behind it, the part a plumbing job never comes with: HALO watching the plant, a UK support team and engineers who answer, and guidance that runs from the plant room to the changing room. That combination is The Cold Standard, and every Pro Shower ships inside it.
Built in Britain. Backed for the long run.
Hand-built in the UK, monitored on HALO, serviced under ProCare, and run to the Cold Standard.
