Commercial ice baths for gyms
Full timetable, great kit, and retention numbers that won't budge. Recovery is why they join. Readiness is why they stay. An ice bath in the corner won't do it. A recovery space run properly, programmed, governed, always cold, will.
Stress training members choose.
Most of a gym floor is built to add effort. The ice bath is where members practise the other half: around two minutes in the cold, done on purpose, and then the work of coming back down. That come-down is the skill.
Dosed and coached, members get better at the cold within about four sessions, and they can feel it. That's what moves a bath from the corner to something they book, queue for and build into their week. Run it on its own or as contrast, hot then cold, and it becomes part of your programme.
Readiness is earned. A recovery space run properly is where your members earn it.

Three ways to put cold on your floor.
Everything from freestanding, plug-and-play units, to split systems with the plant out of sight, to fully custom builds. Each one specified to your space, your brand and your throughput.

Pro range.
Up to 75 members a day, down to 3°C. Air-cooled as standard, so all it needs from the building is power and a water connection. Built for independent gyms and studios.

Spa range.
For the big clubs, where 250 to 300 users a day is normal. Up to 400 a day, as low as 3°C, with media filtration and no plant room to build.

Custom.
A standard system configured to your building, with the plant behind a wall, finished to your brand and sized to the plan. When nothing standard fits, we design it from the ground up.
Run to a cold standard, not left to chance.
We don't drop off a bath and disappear. The Cold Standard means the whole system behind it, and for a gym, that system is the difference between an amenity and a programme:
Your team, trained and confident: staff training, session protocols they can actually run, and programming and dosing guidance from our science team.
The water, never a guess: performance monitored on HALO, clear guidance on filters, water changes and dosing, and engineers who respond when it matters.
Every session to standard: dosing matched to the member, safety governed, progress members can feel.
One partner accountable for all of it. The tub is the part you can see.
How The Cold Standard works
Proof from facilities like yours.
Brass Monkey systems run in hundreds of gyms and clubs across the UK, including names your members will know.

Recovery is half the story.
Gyms call it recovery, and sometimes it is recovery. That's one of two reasons members get in. The other is that they came to get good at something hard. Same bath, same two minutes: the alarm goes off on entry, and the work is coming back down. Whether it carries into the rest of their week is a live research question, not a promise we make. No miracles. Just cold, done properly.
