Habituation.
Learning the entry. Success is a controlled first minute: brief, coached, repeatable.

Circuits, rituals, protocols. Whatever your world calls them, we call them programmes, and they matter wherever an ice bath is deployed: a gym floor, a spa, a hotel, your own home. Nobody programmes training at random and expects progress. Cold water is no different. Under The Cold Standard, every session runs to a programme on our T>C>R™ training model: purpose first, dose to follow.
Every session starts with what it's for, because the dose follows the purpose, not the other way round.
Learning the entry. Success is a controlled first minute: brief, coached, repeatable.
A state shift. Success is a calmer, more organised exit on the minimum effective dose.
After training. Success is an acute reduction in fatigue or soreness, dosed to the sport.
The long game. Success is repeatable exposures over weeks: consistency and progression.
Sessions run in four classes: Orientation (first-timer, coached), Brief (true cold entry, first-minute control), Standard (the main cold, for regulation and recovery in developing and adapted users) and Progressed (advanced, staff-authorised, adapted users only). Most venues unknowingly programme one kind: a single bath at a single temperature, calibrated to the coldest, keenest user. Progressed by default. That serves the adapted few and turns everyone else away without anyone noticing. Programming properly means asking who your users are and what mix of sessions they need. Often that's more than one ice bath, at different doses, for different users. Progression stays earned: demonstrated control, not elapsed time. Shaping that mix for your site is exactly what our consultation does.

Programming only matters when there's a user experience behind it: a standalone plunge, a sauna-paired contrast circuit, a recovery corner, a spa ritual, a bath at home. That's what our consultation shapes between sale and installation, so cold fits your space, your users and the experience you want to run, with the right sessions, at the right doses, and the right guidance for the people delivering them. The facility charts, the dosing frameworks and the onboarding documentation all come with it. What you're buying is an ice bath deployed properly.
