Why RESET
1Rebel saw members wanting more from their gym than a place to sweat. They wanted somewhere to go after a hard class or a hard day at the office, and a reason to stay. RESET gave the estate that space, and made what happens after the workout part of the membership.
Talking numbers
1Rebel chose a Pro Chill, which holds 3°C for up to 75 users a day. Single RESET sessions are £12, with seasonal bundles (Summer Sweat) and location bundles (the Euston triple) on top. Sessions are self-guided, so the suite runs with very little staff time, and the routine maintenance fits the ops team's day. That leaves room to add guided breathwork sessions later.
Chelsea: Reset next to Reshape and reformer
At 1Rebel Chelsea, Reset brings sauna, breathwork and cold water immersion together in one calm, considered space, next to the Reshape and reformer Pilates studios. The team use it to teach members to take what comes after the workout as seriously as the workout itself, and members use it together, as a shared part of their visit.
Onboarding came with support through the HALO app, WhatsApp and a responsive support team, so the Chelsea team felt confident running the equipment and talking members through it from day one.
Looking ahead
With RESET working in its first sites, 1Rebel plans to take it to more locations across the estate.
