With the Core Collection package: The ColdCare monthly service

Once a month, we’ll give your Brass Monkey a full service, and make sure everything is working as it should. This service includes:

• Deep clean of the pipework, steel and filter housings
• Full water and filter change
• Cleaning the tub, top and sides of the bath
• Removing the vents and cleaning the compartment area to remove dust and debris
• Replace UV bulb
• Repair any issues with pipework insulation
• Check the compressor, pump, electrics and piping to identify any faults
• Refill the bath, bleed the filter and set it back to your preferred temperature
• Includes replacement filters

Sink into fresh, clean water dip after dip with the always-on dual filtration system. A particle filter removes debris from the water before the UV bulb neutralises bacteria and viruses for ultimate safety. Designed to keep maintenance to a minimum. The most you have to do anything is once a month. To ensure your water stays clean for as long as possible, it's recommended to take a quick shower before you get in.

We designed the Ice Bath to be low maintenance so can spend more time focusing on your practice.

Once a month: Change the particle filter (3 filters are included with your purchase)

Every 3 months: Empty and refill water

Every 6 months: Change the UV bulb

Every 6 months: Full system flush

Shipping, Delivery & Positioning

Delivery & Positioning of your Ice Bath needs careful planning. Due to their size and weight we recommend a smooth, flat and hard surface where you would like the Ice Bath to live. Any more than three steps, tight corridors or uneven ground typically requires specialist equipment and sometimes a crane. If you would like to discuss the details of your delivery please contact us.
