Delivery of your upcoming order

We want to ensure your Brass Monkey delivery goes as smoothly as possible. To help in this, we require some information so that we can ensure your order passes through customs in your local market with ease.

Delivery Considerations

Please remember all international deliveries are made by DHL or a specialist freight company. They only do kerbside delivery. You will need arrangements to move it into its final location. Our products weigh on average 220kg (equivalent to a piano or 3 washing machines). It is possible to move the products with 3-4 friends and some lifting straps. But we'd always recommend where possible a local removals firm, who are used to handling such objects help you.


Ensure the path from where the package will be dropped to the final position of your Brass Monkey is wide enough. You can view product dimensions here (unless you've asked for a custom size). Ensure you take into consideration, walls, gates, doors, drainpipes.

Water & Electricity

You will need a plug socket within 3m and freshwater via a hosepipe within reach also.

Delivery Details

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information with regards to your delivery. For your Brass Monkey to pass through customs easily, please ensure we have the right shipping name and provide us with the right identification details below. You will still recieve messages from DHL requesting local taxes and duties are paid. Please look out for these emails and reply within 24hours, delays at customs can sometimes lead to shipments being returned to us.
