On its coldest setting, the commercial pro plunge barrel can chill the water to 5°C. To give you an idea, a typical plunge pool in a gym or spa is around 16°C. The Barrel is over 5 times colder than that. It’s ‘warmest’ setting is 10°C, giving you a range to find the right temperature and space to build your practice.
