Filters & Bulbs

We designed the ice bath and plunge to be as maintenance light as possible. Every 4 weeks we’d recommend replacing your filter and 6 months we’d recommend changing the UV bulb. Depending on usage you should only need to swap the water once a year, twice if heavier use.
